How do I pay for my
auction? Use the checkout button on the auction page to initiate the payment process. You
will receive all appropriate information during that time.
I tried
using the Pay Now? button and my PayPal account is not working, What do I
do? Email us and we will invoice you through paypal.
Did you receive my
payment? You will receive an auto-mailer when your payment has been

Where is my auction? I paid for it, but I have not received
it. All auctions shipped by UPS and have tracking numbers. These tracking numbers
are sent in an auto-mailer from the UPS website. If you copy/paste this number into the
tracking tools located on the UPS website, you will have up-to-date tracking information.
Commonly used terms:
DOD = Department of Defense. Our hard drives are wiped to DOD
standards. This checks to see if the hard drive can be written to and wiped. It does not
check for bad sectors.
Testing Notes Included = The item has been tested and is in good
working condition to our knowledge. This does not mean that the item is free from error.
Unused = The item is not in its original packaging, and it looks
new. Items labeled unused are items we have not tested but look to be in great
condition.
I live close to your location. Can I pick up my
order? Our offices are not open to the public.
To pick up your order, you must schedule an appointment. A $10 handling fee will apply to
all orders. When picking up an order, please bring a photo ID and a copy of the "payment
received e-mail" that is associated with your order.
Can I pay for my auctions when I pick up my order at your

I can't see your pictures. or Your pictures do
not match. Which item are you selling?What do I do? Our pictures
are best viewed using any version of Internet Explorer. If refreshing your browser does not
work, please email us, we may need to reset the picture on our host server.
What are unpaid item
disputes? There are two basic types of item reminders. One is
used to request payment from a non-paying bidder. This type can result in an unpaid
item strike, if payment is not received.
One is used to cancel a transaction, like when a refund has been issued.
This type allows both parties to withdrawal from the transaction without a
strike.
Unpaid item reminders are issued on a daily basis. It is automated and it is
inclusive of all buyers. This includes
buyers who are waiting to pick-up an order. This includes buyers who are waiting on a
shipping quote after an invoice with shipping and handling costs has been generated. If you
find your item is in dispute and you believe it is in error, please email us.
