Refused items and Bad Addresses
1. Bidders with refused item, returned item due to unknown, insufficient, or incorrect address including unclaimed items will be charged 15% of item for re-in stock fee. 2. In addition, postage cost will be charged to bidders. 3. Bidders with refused items and bad address deny paying re-in stock fee and postage cost will be filing as non payment bidder.
Exception (Refundable items)
1. The followings are refundable items.
- Incorrect items (different book)
- Not as description (different contents)
- Damaged items
- Defective items
2. Refundable items should be requested for the refund within 10 days of the delivery date on shipping record from tracking number.
How to get refund? (Only refundable items)
1. Request for the refund code before send the items back. 2. Write the refund code in front of envelops/packages. Return items without the refund code will be rejected to senders. 3. Send the items back to following address.
