RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within
14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. (All cosmetics are Final Sale)
The product must not be opened or must be in good condition in order to receive a refund.
We will refund your money to the credit card or Paypal you used to purchase your item.
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping.
For Refund, Customer must pay for return shipping.
ALL Open Products will be Charge 20% restocking and processing fee.
Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can not accept any returns on skin lotions, Hair Chemicals, hair brushes, nail polish or makeup.
All return & exchange, customer must pay for shipping on return products.
If you would like to return a product, please submit RMA to our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA Numbers will be issue in 24HRS after buyer submit. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
DOA (Dead on Arrive) Products : Must Submit RMA in 3 days after receive product.
( Customer must pay for return shipping, We will send you replacement Product with no extra charge.)
Not Working in 14 days : Submit for RMA for replacement
( Customer must pay for both way shipping cost for replacement.)
After 14 days : Please contact manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair.
International Order : Must Pay for both way shipping cost on all condition (DOA, in 14 days)
Requirement :
- Must be good condition with no physical damage.
- Must have original box or case and everything we send you. if you do not have the box or case and all the papers, Please contact Manufactuer for repairs as their warranty.
- Please Read Manual and contact manufactuer before submit RMA. There will be $20 service charge if item is working condition on DOA Report Product.
