F.A.Q

1. Any refurbished, not in the box, or anyhow used?
NO!! remanufacture, refurbished.
All our items are brand new in box or package.

2. How long will it take to get my item?
Most our item ship out in 2-3 business days and delivery time 4-6 days for USA.
Canada & U.K will take up to 2-3 weeks.

We will send you shipping confirmation & tracking numbers once we ship out buyer orders.

3. Do you combine multi items order?
Yes. each additional item will be $3.00 for shipping in USA.
International shipping cost will be calculate by product weight.

Please buy all products you need and we will send you a combine shipping invoice for all products.

4. The tracking information from USPS now says that they were electronically notifed and has said this for a few days. Have you bothered to actually ship the item?
We have answered this email so many times that we are going crazy. Not your fault. We blame USPS.
They say the number is a Tracking Number. What it actually is, is a Delivery Confirmation Number. This means that it will not update at all until the package is delivered to you. It does not update when we hand it over to them. USPS does not even offer any form of tracking numbers except on some Express Mail packages. That is it though.

5. Do you offer next day shipping ?
Sorry. We do not offer next day shipping due to review payment.

6. Did my payment go through? Has my item shipped?
Once we receive payment or ship out your order, you will receive e-mail with invoice or tracking information after we ship out orders.

7. What is your return policy?

8. Can I pickup my order at your store?
Sorry. We don't have any Retail Store you can pick-up products.

9.  I received Wrong item. Damaged Shipment What I need to do?
Please submit for  RMA # ( Return Merchant Authorize Number) for return or exchange.

10. Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the US, Canada and UK. If you are a buyer from Canada or the UK then you must pay by Paypal and you must have a CONFIRMED address. We will not accept any other form of payment from Canada or the UK. We will also not ship to any Paypal Unconfirmed Address.

Make sure put your phone numbers ebay account or Paypal Note incase delivery need to contact buyer.

11. Can you leave feedback ?
Feedbacks will be given automatically, when you give one for us,
If you do not have any problems, you can give us feedbacks or let us know if there is any problem.

12. I need to return or exchange. what I need to do?
Please submit for  RMA # ( Return Merchant Authorize Number) all return request.
RMA Dept. will contact you in 24hr with more information.

13. Where do i put size choice or color choice I want ?
Please Write any color choice or size choice at Paypal Note while processing payment.

14. How can I change or update shipping address ?

Please submit new address at Update Shipping address

SHIPPING


USPS Standard shipping or Fedex  Ground Service. Express Mail, Fedex 3 Day Select and Next Day is available at additional cost. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories has standard delivery with USPS Priority Mail. Fedex is considerably higher for these areas. Priority Mail is required for all PO Boxes and APOs.

APO Military Base Address

We only ship to APO or FPO addresss base on USA. We do not ship to International address.

WARRANTY

eBeautyTown offers a limited 14 days warranty on products and full manufacturer warranty.

Please contact us with any questions before you buy to ensure the correct purchase is made.

Back Orders
Occasionally we run out of stock in certain items and people order them before we have time to take them off the site. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. When you place an order that contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items. However, we reserve the right in some cases to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. We do not ship separate shipments. Be advised that your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.

Order Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct items and to review their shopping cart for errors BEFORE submitting their order.
