Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you offer the Old Time Radio shows DVDs on CD instead?
A: The Old Time Radio Shows we have listed on DVD are because there are too many to fit onto 1 CD-R. We will be glad to split them up onto multiple CDs for an additional charge depending on the number of CDs required since this requires extra time and adds additional cost for the multiple CDs and postage. Please contact us for details.
Q: My Old Time Radio CD will not play in my CD player?
A: We cannot guarantee the MP3 CDs to work in all CD players. If it will not work in your CD player, first make sure that your CD player is capable of playing MP3 format files. Also, if you purchased an OTR show on DVD, these will NOT play on a CD player, only your computer. You will need to burn them onto a CD.
Q: The MP3 CD or DVD will not open on my computer?
A: Due to all computers being different, it is hard to tell why it will not open on your computer. Be sure you have tried to manually open the disk by clicking the start menu, then computer or my computer. then, right click on your DVD or CD drive and choose open or play. That will usually work.
Q: The MP3 CD or DVD will not work on my MP3 player?
A: Unfortunately, I have no idea why the MP3 files will not play on your certain MP3 player. There are so many different kinds of them on the market and it could be a lot of different reasons. There is no way that I can guarantee the MP3 files will work with a certain MP3 Player. You may find a solution by contacting the player's company's support.

Q: Can I download my product while waiting for the CD to arrive?
A: Sorry, as of March 31, 2008, eBay has banned all items that are digitally downloaded. Therefore, it would be against eBay Policy for me to send you a download link.

A: If your order was sent by USPS First Class, you can expect it to arrive within about 7 to 10 Mailing Days from the date of shipment. Orders sent by USPS First Class Mail International can take up to about 14 Mailing Days or more from the date of shipment depending on Customs.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

Purchase 3 or more items and shipping is totally FREE! Just request an eBay Invoice to apply.
