Our aim is to dispatch within 2 working days from cleared payment. Our parcels take from 3 to 5 days to be delivered. If your item took longer to arrive this is due to reasons beyond our control. Usually it is due to delays from the Royal Mail.
The P&P fee that we charge are not just for postage. It also cover packaging, handling and the wages for the person who does the packaging. We try to keep our P&P within the range that other sellers are asking for.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
