Q: What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return your purchase to eCopUSA. The following guidelines apply to return requests submitted to eCopUSA: 1. Items returned that are deemed broken or defective, a listing error, or a shipping error qualify for a full refund that will be covered by eCopUSA. 2. Items returned for ANY reason other than stated above will be considered a customer error. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note, if an item or the item packaging for a customer error return is missing, incomplete, has been opened or tampered with in any way, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN. Items must be in a resalable pristine condition as Brand New, Unopened, Never Used. Do not return items in any other state as we will refuse the return request and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item (if you choose to reclaim the item). Items that are not reclaimed within 10 days of receipt of the unaccepted return will be disposed of. Please forward questions concerning our returns policy to our customer service team before returning items.
Q: Why are you charging sales tax when the listing states the item is located in different state than me?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders that originate in states in which we have a business presence regardless of where the item is being shipped from.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are normally shipped the within 1-2 business day. After shipment we will notify you via eBay. U.S. order generally arrive within 5-7 business days. If you are an international buyer and your package has not arrived within 30 days contact Customs and/or your Post Office in your country as they may be holding your package for pickup .
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We gladly ship many of our items internationally and have shipped packages to every continent in the world. Some items may not be shipped due to product restrictions by the manufacturer or governmental customs regulations. International buyers should keep in mind that there may be added charges when your item enters your country in the form of import taxes. eCopUSA has no control over these costs nor do we have the ability to give you a cost estimate on these charges.
Q: You say you ship internationally, but you do not show any shipping charges for the item I am interested in. Why?
Unfortunately, some items we sell cannot be shipped internationally due to restrictions from eBay policies, International laws, Customs regulations, and manufacturer restrictions.
Q: I am an international buyer and I am wondering if my country allows a particular item, do you know?
Contact your country's Custom department directly for this information. Every country has their own list of prohibited and restricted items.
Q: I bought an item and now you say it is on backorder, what gives?
Unfortunately from time to time sales occur faster than we can update our inventory shown on eBay. This occurs VERY RARELY. If a problem occurs, we will keep you posted on the status as soon as possible.
Q: My item does not fit correctly may I exchange it?
Sorry, we do not accept exchanges at this time. Please contact us to arrange for a return request.
Q: Will you accept less (money) for an item I am interested in?
Sorry, we do not price match nor do we run Best Offer deals.
Q: To whom I make out a check or money order to?
We do not accept checks or money orders.
