1) How much is shipping?
Shipping costs include Tracking, Packing Materials, and Handling. For all questions regarding shipping fees, insurance info, and to find out where we ship to, please refer to the Shipping and Handling section of each auction.
2) Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do! We offer $1.00 Off the shipping price for every item purchased past the first. We use the highest First Item shipping rates from all items on the order, and then use the Additional Item rates for every other item on the order. For instance, say you purchase one item at 7.99 standard shipping and another at 5.99 standard shipping. You would pay the 7.99 shipping on the first item and then an additional 4.99 on the other item. For expedited shipping options, the additional item rates vary by weight and the discounts are usually much larger than $1.00. *Note that some of our larger items cannot be combined. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling section of each auction for exact pricing.
3) How do I track my package?
Tracking is provided to US customers only at http://www.ups-mi.net/packageid/. We ship our items the business day after payment has been received. Although, if your payment clears by 10 a.m. M-F, your order will be processed that day. Tracking information usually takes 24 hours to post to this website, so please be patient.
4) How can I pay for this item?

5) I want to pay with a credit card - Can I use it to buy from you directly?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards including American Express and Discover. When going through our checkout you will be given the option to select the credit card of your choice.
6) Do I need to go through the checkout?
Yes. In order to complete your transaction, you must go through the checkout.
7) When I go to pay for my item, I get a message saying 'Checkout Has Expired.' Why is that?
If you receive a message like this, chances are you have exceeded the 10 day period in which payment is usually made. If you email us, stating your problem, and include the item # in the subject line, we will be more than happy to re-open the checkout, in order for you to complete this sale.
8) I changed my mind/ I don't want this anymore/ someone else used my eBay- can you cancel my bid?
Unfortunately, when bidding on an item, you are entering into a contract, wherein you are agreeing to pay for this item, and must do so. Make sure you are serious about purchasing the item that you are bidding on, in order to avoid problems such as this. Also, you are responsible for whoever has access to your account, so make sure you only allow those who you trust to use it. |
