   Overview

eImprovement Stores offers a variety of shipping options to make your online shopping experience more pleasurable.  We pride ourselves on offering some of the "lowest shipping prices"  for online Kitchen & Bath products.  You only pay for shipping costs to your front door.  No special handling charges or inflated rates.  Bottom Line!!!

 
 
   Shipping Time Frames & Cost

Orders sent via "UPS Ground" average 3 - 7 business days.

Orders sent via "UPS 2 Day Air" average 2 business days.

Orders sent via "UPS Next Day Air" average 1 business day.

Domestic handling time is 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Most flat rate items will be $5.99-$7.99 for the first item and $1.99-$3.99 for each additional item sent UPS Ground. Items that are large or heavy may require special shipping rates and will be calculated based on your location. Please see the item listing for exact shipping costs.

Calculated shippng includes cost of shipping - no hidden fees or handling.

   Shipping Exceptions

Please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days on orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, International or otherwise outside the continental US.

Occasionaly eImprovement Stores reserves the right to ship orders placed UPS Standard ground within 1 business day of the order placement.

 
 
   Shipping Schedule

During holidays, any orders normally processed will not be processed until the next business day.

*Holidays: eImprovement Stores observes all bank and UPS holidays including (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Shipping days may be further trunicated based on pickup or hours of operation of the carrier.

 
 
   Multiple Shipments

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your products, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate.

 
 
   Shipping Credits

*Time-definite shipments (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

If your entire order is not delivered within the time-frame allowed for the shipping method you selected, we will gladly refund the difference in shipping charges between the shipping method you selected and the next level of shipping service.

  • If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 2 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air.
  • If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
  • If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 4 days or more, you will be credited back the full amount of shipping.
  • If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
  • If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.
  • If you ordered UPS 3 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 3 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.

*Note:   "Free UPS Ground" or any other Shipping Promotion is not applicable when calculating a shipping credit.

If part of your order was received within the time-frame allowed, but the rest of the order was backordered, unavailable, or was sourced from the manufacturer or alternate warehouse, then a shipping credit will not be issued.  Please read more about backorders above. 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of processing the credit.

 
 
   Freight/Shipping Damage Policy

Obvious Freight Damage
If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with eImprovement Stores with obvious freight damage you can refuse it or make a note when you sign for it with the carrier and report any obvious Freight damage to us within 48 hours.  We will then order a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. The damaged product must be held at the original shipping address and in its original packaging so the carrier can make an inspection and pickup.  if you fail to report Obvious freight damage to the carrier or us within 48 hours, neither neither you or we have any recourse.

Concealed Freight Damage
If you accept a shipment, its your responsibility to open it immediately and report any concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier and us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with the freight carrier & manufacturer to assist in getting a replacement unit shipped out to you.  If we are unable to get a replacement product shipped out to you within 30 days, we reserve the right to ship replacement parts to cure any defect or damage under the Manufacturer's Warranty.  Replacement Parts will be shipped Free of Charge under the Warranty.  If you choose to accept a replacement, we will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original for whatever credit we can provide.

If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the carrier or us within 48 hours, neither neither you or we have any recourse.
