Because our Capodimonte collection is fragile, as a service to our customers, we insure all items that are shipped, and depending on the method of delivery, a tracking number is provided following the shipping. VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your item, if the outside of the box is significantly damaged, please inform the delivery company immediately, and also informs us. The reason for this is the content we shipped to you is fragile and although we go through great length to protect it, sometimes, damage to the outside box could cause damage to your item. In such rare cases, the delivery company may request that you open the box in their presence, which protect you as well.
All sales are final with no return options, so if you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.
If after receiving the item in question, you feel we have missed a flaw or damage, please contact us via email within 3 day(s) of your receiving the item. If a return is agreed upon, you will be responsible for shipping and insuring the item for our inspection within 3 days from the date of such agreement. If we have made a significant mistake in the listing, we will promptly return your bid amount plus your original shipping costs. However, we cannot reimburse you for your costs to return the item back to us.

| Cancelled Orders or Non-Payment |
If you win a bid or buy-it-now and change your mind, you can either exchange your winning bid/purchase for another of our available inventory items, or you can pay a $10 restocking fee per listing.
