Item Conditions: |

Most of our items are brand new unless otherwise noted. We do
not sell bootleg or pirated merchandises. We do not provide actual pictures, but
we will choose the best condition item available to our customers on first come
first serve basis. eBay definition of "Brand New" may be different than ours.
Below are our definitions of brand new for each of item categories.
Video Games:
- Brand new and sealed from our distributor. We do not get it directly
from manufacturer.
- Official US release.
Strategy Guides:
- Brand new from our distributor. We do not get it directly from
manufacturer.
- Most of our strategy guides are not sealed, unless otherwise noted.
- Most of our strategy guides are in excellent condition. Some may have
shelf wear on the front and / or back cover. We will
choose the best condition item available based on first come first serve.
DVD Movies:
- Brand new from our distributor. We do not get it directly from manufacturer.
- Official US release.
PC Games:
- Brand new and sealed from our distributor. We do not get it directly
from manufacturer.
- Most of our PC Games are official US release. However, once in a while,
our distributor would send us UK version. They are playable in any computers
as long as you have appropriate operating system. Customers who cares about
US / UK version are encouraged to ask first before buying.
CD Music:
- Brand new from our distributor. We do not get it directly from manufacturer.
- Official US release.
Pre-Owned Items: (Added on Feb 19, 2011)
- All of our pre-owned video games, DVD movies, and CD are guaranteed to
be in working condition or money back. They may or may not include original
case, inserts and/or manual instructions.
- Strategy guides are guaranteed to have all the pages inside. They may
have heavy shelf wear, tears, and/or creases.
- Buyers are encouraged to email us on the condition of the item before
buying.
- Refund due to item conditions does not exclude S&H fee.

| Shipping
and Payments: |
Click on tab "Shipping and payments" next to
Description tab for all of our S&H fee schedule, payment methods, and return
policies.
- We do not combine shipping, however, we give $1 discount for each additional item.
- We accept Paypal only. For any other payment methods,
please contact us first before buying.
- We generally accept all returns for any reasons as long as the
item is still in the original condition and within 30 days of your purchase.

Cancellation Fees: |
Selecting "Buy It Now" acknowledges that you agree to our terms and accept our postal charges. There is
NO shopping cart where you can still back out.
- Cancellation fee is $3 per item or ebay final value
fee whichever is higher.
- A Non-Paying Bidder claim will be filed when you fail to meet your obligation to send payment.

Compatibilities:
- Most of our video games and dvd movies are Region
1 (NTSC) for USA and Canada. For international buyers, please email us
first before buying to check for compatibility with your system.
- All GBA, DS, PC, PSP and PS3 games are region-free, which
means they can be played in different region console system.
- All GC, WII, XBOX, XBOX 360 games are NOT
region-free, which means they can NOT be played in different region
console system. (Added on Feb 13, 2011)
- Some PS2 games in CD format (purple-backed CD) are
not playable on some PS2 system.
Item Detail Discrepancies:
- We include eBay pre-filled information to provide
buyers with additional information on what the item is all about. We are not
responsible for its content and should not be held liable for it. Buyers are
encouraged to ask questions when in doubt about its content.
- We include eBay stock photo to list our items faster.
The image may be different than the art cover on actual product. Buyers who
are interested in specific condition of the item, i.e. original black label,
greatest hits, platinum hits version, tears, rips, etc should ask questions
first before buying.
- We tried to put GH (Greatest Hits) or PH (Platinum
Hits) on the title to help buyers distinguish our items. However, when it's
not specified, buyers are encouraged to ask questions before buying since it
could be either way.

Most of the plastic wrap on our video games are Y-fold, but some titles are
not. Video game collectors are encouraged to ask questions before buying.
- PC games packaging may be different than eBay stock
pictures. The reason is because when PC game publishers decide to reprint
the game, they may change the packaging to be more cost efficient since the
game would most likely be sold cheaper than first print games. It may come
in a paper/cardboard sleeve or CD jewel case only. Manuals may or may not be
included. If you believe our PC games are not as advertised, rest assured,
we will refund your payment in full including S&H fee.
- We apologize in advance for any discrepancies it may
occur.
Other Important Notes: (Added on Feb 13, 2011)
- Due
to increased sales, our domestic handling time is between 1 - 3 business
days with average of 2 business days. For international shipment, we may
have to wait longer for security purposes. Our international shipment
handling time is between 1 - 5 business days with average of 3 business
days.
- Estimated delivery time under "Shipping and payments"
tab is provided by eBay. It
overestimates actual delivery time by US Post Office. For example, First
Class and Priority Mail should not have the same estimated delivery date,
but eBay sets estimated delivery date the same for both. We are in the
process of revising all First Class shipping method to Standard, but we have
thousands of active listings, so it will take us a while to revise all of
them.
- Normal delivery time is about 2 - 3 weeks to most
foreign countries, but sometimes longer depending on your local custom
office policies. We ask you to wait at least 1 month from shipped date
before you file a claim or dispute.
- Based on our experience shipping to Brazil and
other South America countries, please allow up to 2 months for delivery.
- During our busiest quarter (Nov, Dec, and Jan), we
ask our customers to be more patience as packages are often time get
delayed.
