REFUND POLICY

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction policy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us by registered mail and we'll give you store credit for the full amount that you have paid for the item.
If th return is due to manufactures defect, will refund full amount payed.

REFUND PROCEDURE

1. Call us at 1-800-411-2299 or email us at BHPerfume@aol.com and let us know you're requesting a refund. Be sure to include the following information; Full name, full product name, eBay Item Number, date the product was purchased, and the reason for the return.

2. After receiving authorization from us to ship back the item, carefully package the product and ship it to us, using registered or certified mail.
