eShoes** RMA policy and instructions
RMA Number
Any product that needs to be returned to eShoes** for any reason must first obtain an RMA Number. To obtain a RMA #, please email to eshoez@hotmail.com. RMA department will email the RMA form back with a RMA # for your returns. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days only. Any product returned missing an RMA number on the outside of the package or with an RMA number over 7days old will be refused. It is necessary that you return products promptly.
Shipping Instructions
All refund returns must be complete with unworn condition, just as you received it. If the product is not returned in it’s entirely, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please enclose a copy of Original Invoice. Include Reference RMA# on the Outside of the returning package. Customers are responsible for freight when returning product. All products must be properly packaged or else eShoes** reserves the right to return the package to the sender. eShoes** assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage during transition.
