The majority of our products are customer returns, store display models, or due to excessive inventory.
- All items are opened/used unless clearly marked "See condition details."
Payment
We only accept payments in US Dollars. We accept the following forms of payment through our secure checkout system: We also accept Online Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Personal checks must be drawn on US banks. Sorry, no business checks and no starter checks! No exceptions.
NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.
- Note we do not accept personal checks. Personal checks will be shredded upon receipt to protect the customer's privacy.
Payment Instructions:
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options:
- Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
- Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, eBay will send you an e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address within 1 hours of auction close. The message will contain a link to a secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase
- Sales Tax
A 7.500% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to North Carolina. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all 48 continuous United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.
- Shipping insurance on most items is optional , other items may required insurance
- Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
- Combined shipment is only available for up to 7 items. Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped from a different location. Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information.
- Shipping costs: Costs vary by weight and ship-to location (unless noted otherwise). Please use the estimated shipping costs calculator to determine estimated shipping for this item to your location. Click the provided link in each auction ad for estimated shipping costs for that item.

We leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback, our system will automatically leave feedback for you.

Note: In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, eXcis Solutions will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
Return Terms
All sales come with eXcis solutions 7-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (Shipping/Insurance fee is non-refundable). will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to Pabi15@msn.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (7) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

eXcis Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
