Refurbished/Reconditioned |
Refurbished typically means that the
customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a
customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had
difficulty operating it). Whether it is returned a month later or the very
next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to
be resold.
Every product targeted for reconditioning have been
inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. They rarely come
in original packaging and seldom contain any documentation or any additional
parts and/or accessories. , the product is repackaged either by the original
manufacturer or a reputable professional restoration firm. After the
reconditioning process the product has a like-new or almost new condition.
A refurbished product may have
serial-number blacken-out or removal of the UPC code, or removal of the front
page of the manual by the manufacturer. As for packaging, refurbished
products are usually packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes. Some non-basic
components (e.g cables, manuals, accessories) may be missing. Please see item

Shelf Pulls were previously available for
sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually
possess one or more price tags and/or stickers. they can show
signs of further handling. Accordingly, Shelf Pulls can exhibit a wide range
of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially
from the original manufacturing. Some non-basic components (e.g cables,
manuals, accessories) may be missing. Please see item description for package
