Notice to our dear customer:
The Chinese most important holiday is coming, we are going to have holidays on Feb8th- Feb21th ,There maybe some problems in during the special time .please read this messages to avoid troubles:
1) Our office will close from Jan8th-Jan21th for New Year Holiday ,during this time,we can't mail packages untill about Feb21th,can't reply emaills in time ,but will try our best to reply withine 3 days.I sincerely sorry for all of the inconvenience bring you .Hope you would understanding.
2) Our factory's workers are celebrating New Year's on the holiday, so some beads can't be made in time .but please don't worry ,we have a big stock,please just choose what you like here ,there are maybe some not normal supply of one or two items if are unluck to order.we will contact you in time to resolve it .
3) During the holidays we can't post anything out from Feb8th-Feb21th .We do apologized for the inconvenience. But during the holiday you can still bid and buy things ,we will post out all packages once our post office work. Sorry for all of this if will cause you troubles, hope you will understanding this.
