Basic Agreement:
Congratulations on your purchase! Our goal is to provide Great Products, at
Great Prices and Great Service! By winning/buying our item(s) via eBay, you
agree to the following terms:
Payment Methods:
Payment must be received within three (3) days of sale. PayPal is the
fastest, safest and preferred method of payment. We accept major Credit
Cards directly, and via PayPal. Our PayPal account is
paypal@ecworldimports.com.
We also accept international payments via PayPal. In accordance with
new eBay policy, we can no longer accept Cashier's, Business
Checks, Personal Checks, or U.S. Postal & Bank Money Orders. For your
safety, please do not send cash.
CA Sales Tax:
If item is being shipped to an address located within the State of
California, we will automatically add 8.25% to the price of the item to
pay for California State Sales Tax.
Shipping & Handling:
We sometimes offer "Free Shipping" within the continental USA (excludes,
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) - please check the specific listing for
details. In some cases, we require the customer to pay for actual
shipping costs (Please note that we don't make any money on shipping - our
shipping costs are actual and very real). Shipping costs for shipments
within the continental USA can be found in the "Shipping & Handling"
section. For other locations, please use our "Shipping Rate
Calculator" to calculate shipping costs to your specific location. If your
State, Region, or Country is not listed within the Shipping Rate Calculator
options, please contact us to request a shipping quote prior to
bidding/buying. Please note that some large and heavy
items, such as luggage sets, come packaged in large boxes, and cannot be
shipped to certain far/international locations.
Combined Shipping Discounts:
We offer combined
shipping discounts to Buyers who purchase multiple items within a short
period of time, and pay for them together. Upon receiving your
request, we will do our best, where possible, to combine the shipping of
multiple items in an effort to save you money on shipping costs.
Please feel free to shop our eBay Store and Auctions for multiple items -
and when you're finished, just send us a quick note identifying the eBay
items you wish to combine - we'll then proceed to merge and combine all
items into a single invoice, and reduce the combined total shipping costs to
save you money! Please note that some large and heavy items, such as
luggage sets, come packaged in large boxes, and cannot be combined into a
single larger shipping package.
International Sales:
International Buyers are welcomed! We can ship most of our items to other
countries. Please use our "Shipping Rate Calculator" to calculate your
shipping costs to your specific country. If your country is not listed,
please contact us to request a shipping quote prior to bidding/buying. Please be
aware that you may be required (depending on your country's import laws) to pay
additional amounts, for Customs, Duty, and/or Broker Fees - we are not
responsible to quote, or pay, for any such fees - we will, however, assist you
in producing any reasonable documentation requested for this purpose.
Local Sales / Free Pick-Up:
You can save on shipping costs by arranging to pick-up your items at our
main warehouse in North Hollywood, CA (please see instructions found in the
"Office & Warehouse Hours" section).
Shipping Carrier / Time:
We reserve the right to ship items via any carrier we deem most appropriate
(such as: USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We do our very best to ship within three
(3) business days of receipt of Credit Card or PayPal Payment Confirmation, or
PayPal eCheck clearing our bank. Please note that some items may take
longer to ship due to inventory availability, or a "Holiday Rush" - so please be
patient. Once shipped, the item will be in transit from our main warehouse in
North Hollywood, CA 91605 to your shipping location.

with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less
shipping costs), in accordance with our “Returns, Exchanges & Refunds”

Product Availability:
All sales are subject to availability. In the rare event that we cannot
provide you with the item that you have won or purchased, we will promptly
refund your payment in full.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
Returns, exchanges, or refunds MUST be initiated within three (3) days of
receiving the item, and MUST be pre-approved by us in writing. All items
approved for return MUST have an RA (Return Authorization) number. Items
must be returned, and arrive, at our location in a new & unused condition,
and in their original box. Unless otherwise noted on the actual listing, we
will refund 100% of the purchase price, however the Buyer shall be
responsible for ALL shipping costs (to and from) - these costs
are NOT refundable. When the item includes "Free Shipping", the Buyer is
responsible for the shipping costs required to return the
product to our warehouse. Items which are returned to us without our
written approval or a RA number, will not be accepted, and returned to
sender at sender's expense. Please note that there are no returns, exchanges
or refunds on any wholesale, blowout, or closeout auctions / sales - these
sales are final. Units (such as desks or chairs) that have been assembled,
or any product that has been used by customer (and are no longer new) cannot
to be returned. Some listings may require a restocking fee on any returns -
please read the listing carefully prior to bidding and/or buying. Return of
any Computer, Camera, Projector, TV, Cell Phone accessory or Consumer
Electronics product may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Office & Warehouse Hours:
Our office hours are: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Coast
/California Time). Winning Bidders / Buyers can save on shipping costs by arranging to pick-up at our warehouse. Please call us
FIRST at 1-818-767-7100 to coordinate a pick-up. Please note that this is a
warehouse for pick-ups only - it is not structured as a store where you can
view, examine, or shop for products.
