RETURNS are stated on each ad & vary per item. No returns accepted on yogitoes products. Exceptions are if it is Seller's Error & buyer abides by terms. Returns, you must email me within 1 day of receipt of your item & your return must be postmarked within 3 days of your receipt of item. I will provide you a return shipping address & You Must Provide the Return Tracking Number via email to me for proof of shipment & for a refund to be considered. A 15% restocking charge applies to return items ordered in error.
