Poster arrived damaged unfortunately due to poor packing. Contacted seller who was very apologetic and admittedly hasn't shipped a lot of posters. Was quick to resolve, refund fair partial and take some packing advice for the future. So that goes a long way when rating a seller. Not happy that poster arrived damaged due to insufficient/improper packing but hopefully seller will improve packing practices moving forward.
