Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We regret our products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes in the continental 48 states, only.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

A: Shipping notification will be emailed to you upon shipment. If you have not received this notification via email, please email us.

Q: When will my item be shipped out and when will I receive it?

A: Usually item ships out within 2-3 business days.

Q: Can I exchange or return the item?

A: You can exchange or return the item. Please email us immediately about the problem you're having with the item. Any refund or reshipping will take place as soon as we receive the original item returned.

Q: What happens if I never received my order?

A: We apologize if you order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Please track you order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or tucked behind bushes out of plain view. If you still can't locate your order please email us so that we can start a trace for you. This process can take up to 10-14 business days. We ship orders that originate at our warehouse with UPS (United Parcel Service) and the U.S. Postal Service (with delivery confirmation).
