Please read the following shipping policies carefully before you bid or buy. Placing a bid or buying an item in our auctions means you agree to the following policies:
· Once the payment is cleared, we process the order within 24 hours in the weekdays and within 48 hours in the weekend.
· All orders will be shipped via one of the following shipping methods:
o USPS First Class Mail
o USPS Priority Mail
o FedEx Ground
o FedEx Express Saver
o FedEx 3-day
· We decide which shipping method to be used, as long as the package arrives within the following promised time range:
o 48 US Continental States: 5 business days after shipped (5 to 7 after payment)
o HI, AK and PR: 8 business days after shipped (8 to 10 after payment)
o VI and GU: 10 business days after shipped (10 to 12 after payment)
o AA, AE and AP: unable to determine, due to the nature of the military postal service system.
· Buyer has no option on choosing the shipping method. We decide the method.
· Tracking number will be sent to buyer via email (does not apply to orders with military addresses).
· Most packages will be delivered without buyer's signature, and left in/at the following location without any notice:
o buyer's mailbox,
o buyer's door step,
o buyer's back yard/door,
o buyer's front desk, or
o buyer's apartment office.
· Once buyer is notified of shipment, buyer must pay attention to the locations above at all time. We are not responsible for any of the situations below:
o Package is stolen from the locations above, after delivery.
o Package is damaged by any mean in/at the locations above, after delivery.
· If for any reason the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will treat the order as a return order and process it in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policies.
· To reduce our costs and bring the lowest prices possible, we do not include any packing slip or invoice in the package, even if buyer asked so.
· Local pickup is not allowed.
We reserve the right to update the policies above without any prior notice.
