We purchased an NHT Three C speaker ,, Nov. 2023.. Was as described, we had no communication with seller, BUT WOW not good packing, NO bubble wrap or foam, JUST a miniscule amount of packing peanuts in a box, for something FRAGILE and HEAVY it should have been much better.. SORRY TO SAY THIS.....
