Item was listed as "brand new/unsealed" and it is, but there was no mention of the damage to the upper corner on top, which isn't really shown in the pictures (just looks like a small scuff on the plastic, but the case itself is damaged). Great overall experience and great price, even with the damage, but would have liked to have known that up front. Still positive experience!
