7.Q: I need a special patch in large volume, can you produce for me? A: Yes. Please ship us a sample, or email us a big and clear picture, size, quantity, etc. It may takes 1-2 weeks to get the patches ready. 8.Q: How to iron on patches ? A: Make sure the the garment and the patch is clean and free of dust; Smooth the fabric prior to ironing to prevent odd creases under the patch; pre-heat iron to “cotton” setting, DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION; Take time to position patch and cover design with thin pressing cloth; working on a firm, protected surface, preheat area for application with iron to try the fabric; press iron flat frimly for 25-40 seconds from the front of the patch; turn inside out (if possible) and using pressing cloth repeat from reverse side for 30 to 45 seconds(if necessary, extend dwell time),NO BACK AND FORTH MOTION; finish by pressing around edges; Allow to cool throughly and check bond. Press again if necessary. For BEADED, SEQUIN, PUFFY AND VINYL APPLIQUES: Heat must be applied from the back. Place patch on garment and cover with protective cloth; apply heat for 5-7 seconds to hold design in place; turn over and heat from the back for 20-25 seconds(thicker fabrics may require more time). Check your fabric to be sure it can tolerate the required heat. Occasionally a patch may loosen on the edges after washing. This is usually due to using an iron that does not heat to the proper temperature (too cool) even if the setting is correct. If this happens we recommend using a different iron to heat seal the patch a second time (the adhesive backing is still there). If the patch is being used to cover a hole in a garment make sure to trim back frayed edges. Leave a bit of fray, though, so that the adhesive can stop continued fraying. If patch will cover a hole, place a piece of paper underneath hole before applying patch.
