We are an online contemporary home furniture store with a combined 500,000 SQF warehouses in Chicago, California and Florida.
We carry cutting edge modern contemporary sectionals, sofas, bedroom sets, dinning sets, dinning Chairs,
accent chairs, barstools, ottomans, lamps, home theater seats, mirrors, entertainment centers etc.
We sell furniture that are of the highest quality. All of our furniture are made from the best materials available
and made by the best craftsmen in the trade who pride themselves in their profession. We are very proud of the quality,
the cutting edge design and the elegant styles of our furniture. We truly believe that quality combined with
honesty and the best customer support is the key to success.

PAYMENT

Our online payment methods are safe and secure. Our preferred mode of payment is Paypal, you do not need a
Paypal account to use Paypal for payment; all that you need is a master card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card etc
or a Bank Account.
 
TAX

All online purchases are tax free, except for residents of the states from which the items are shipped.
Most of our items are shipped from either, IL, CA or FL. Canadian residents may pay tax if at all they are levied at the port of
entry, we have no control over tax or duty if levied by Canadian customs.

AVIALABILTY

All items, except custom orders, are listed while in stock. The listings on eBay are 1-30 days old.
We are also a retail distributor and at times we run out of stock on, when there is an unexpected increase
in sales or some retailers buying large quantities.  In those cases the buyer has the option of requesting a full
refund or wait for the next inventory to arrive, mostly in a few days or weeks. On sold out items,
we recommend that you pre-order them, so you are guaranteed you will have the item available
when the inventory arrives.

Custom order sofas & sectionals takes 10-14 weeks to manufacture and deliver. We will contact you when the they arrive at
our dock & when shipped to.

DISCOUNTS

We work hard to give the best possible price to our eBay customers. All the prices listed on eBay are deeply
discounted and are rock bottom prices, sorry any further discount is not possible unless the quantities
are ten or more, or $5000 in total cost, which ever come first, in those cases we give 5% discounts.
On larger quantities of 25 or more please contact us.

SHIPPING

We ships within the 48 lower states of United States & some items to Canada. We ship only to
areas where there is Regular Ground services, no remote areas, any purchases from any remote areas will be cancelled.
No Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any US Territories.

We ship within 3-5 business days after payment.

All items are shipped ground, using common carriers like FedEx of UPS.
Larger & heavy items like sofas, heavy lamps, bedroom sets etc. are shipped freight, using common freight
companies. All items are securely packed to prevent damages, in transit. We email you the shipping info within 24-72 Hrs after shipment.

The UPS or FedEx may take 3-7 days for delivery depending on your location in US or Canada. Canadian customers may find
a little delay if the items are help at port of entry. Freight items may take 3-5 weeks for delivery.

On freight items, the freight company will contact you to set up a convenient date for delivery at
least two days before delivery. Please inspect all items at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel shipment to any buyer whose Feedback score is less than 97% or
not ship to unverified addresses by Paypal. 

INTERNATIOANL & REMOTE AREA SHIPPING

International buyers are responsible for their customs, duty or taxes. We as a shipper have no control
whatsoever in the matter. If you prefer to act as your own customs broker, you may contact the
courier company directly and request so. Please be advised the items may be held or delayed in customs,
we nor the courier have no control over such circumstances, nor are we responsible for such delays.

The prices indicated to Canada is the Regular Flat Rate UPS service. To any Canadian remote areas or islands
where regular UPS Flat Rate Ground Service is not available, the transaction will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION

Custom ordered items such as sofas, sectionals etc., once purchased
can be cancelled within 24 hours with a 15% cancellation fees. After 24 hrs of placing the order there will be a
75% cancellation fee, after 72 hrs no cancellations nor refunds.

All other items can be cancelled with 15% cancellation fee within 24 hours, after 24 hours 20% cancellation
fee applies. After three days no cancellation. Unlike retail stores, we work with a very minimum margin of profit
and there are expenses involved in listing items, like eBay fees etc, so we are sorry, we can't simply cancel an order
and refund the full payment.

RETURNS, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR LOST ITEMS

We pack all items very carefully to prevent any damage during transit and use the best couriers. No matter how hard we try,
rarely a very small percentage of the items get lost or get damaged in transit, this is an unavoidable factor of shipping.

On freight items (sofas, sectionals etc), please accept delivery only when there is someone available to inspect.
If there are any damages, please note that in the waybill or bill of lading and notify the driver immediately.
Reject only the parts that are damaged and notify us in one day after receiving. If inspection is not done at the
time of delivery or if you accept delivery without inspection, no replacement will be done.

On all other deliveries (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc), any defects must be notified to the seller within one day after receiving.
Damaged or defective items must be returned within seven business days, in the original packaging at the buyer's expense.
We will replace the item or send the missing or damaged parts as soon as possible. All our sales are final and no refund will be
given, however as stated above we will replace defective or damaged items at no cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please return the items at your expense, within five days in
the original packaging in the original condition, a 35% restocking fee shall apply, plus our original expense of shipping
the items to you. Please buy a damage insurance from the courier, for your own protection, incase the package get lost or
damaged in transit to us. Any lost items shipped to you will be replaced at our expense.
