 Q: How long will it take to receive an item?
  A: Payments are normally processed withini 24 hours of Receipt. Please note: All items are normally shipped within 2-7 business days from the date of payment. This excludes Holidays and weekends.
 Q: Can I pick my item up locally?
  A: Yes, all items won on the eBay auction can be picked up locally. There is a $5.00 pick-up fee per single auction and $15.00 per pallet.
 Q: How much is Shipping for a Pallet?
  A: Pallet Shipping is based on the weight and the destination of the merchandise. Therefore, the Shipping fee is not predetermined.  Q: What is your Return Policy?
  A: Please contact us right away if you have an issue with a purchase. We would appreciate a call within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
 Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
  A: Please note: All items MUST BE PAID for within 7 days of the auction ending. There is no exceptions. Payments can be made through PayPal or with Credit card.
 Q: Do you offer combined Shipping?
  A: We do not offer combined Shipping at this time. All items are shipped individually with a unique tracking number.
 Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
  A: Sorry, at this time we do not offer International Shipping. We can only ship within the continental U.S. at this time. We can offer to ship to an alternate location within the continental U.S.

  A: We are open Monday-Saturday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: Pallet pick-ups: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Pallet pick-ups: Saturday ONLY: 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All sales are final so please take that into account when bidding we cannot accept any returns on items that we do not guarantee. Because of the special price or discount you receive, we only sell an item once. Like all returns facilities, all sales are final. We only accept returns if we shipped you a wrong items.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Unfortunately, we do not combine shipping under any circumstances.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We only ship ground service and this usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on where you live.

  A: No. We do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states which included Alaska and Hawaii.
