At Empire we strive for 5-Star * * * * * positive buying experiences and need your help! We are a "Store Returns" facility with thousands of unique, mostly non-boxed items, in varied conditions and everyday, we try our best.

Important Points:

* We do not have any additional details about the condition or contents of any auction item package other than what is already stated above.

* We do not refurbish these products.

We accept PayPal, most major US credit cards via phone (716-852-3200) . We do not accept personal checks or business checks.



Shipping: Back to Top

* Items ship via standard ground service only, no exceptions.

* Items ship within 3-6 business days of payment clearing, then taking 2-6 additional days to reach the destination.

* Having multiple shipping locations, we do not combine shipping.

* Shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

* When using PayPal we ship only to the confirmed PayPal address.

* We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

* We cannot ship with 3rd party tags: i.e. your FedEx/UPS account.

* Unless you have a valid NYS Sales Tax Exemption 8.75% is added to NYS customers.

* As items are shipped, e-mail confirmations with tracking numbers are sent. Please note that tracking numbers are generated as packed and may take 24 hours to become active within the carriers system.

* Pallet Auctions: We can arrange the shipping for you or you can arrange the shipping yourself. A link is provided on all pallet listings that give a rough estimate only. This is a rough estimate only. A custom invoice will be sent shortly, with an exact quote for your pallet, to your address. If you choose Empire to arrange shipping, be sure to include a contact name / phone number on the PayPal payment. A $15 pallet pickup / handling fee applies to all pallet auctions, whether picked up locally or shipped.

* All tested items are tested for basic functionality only. Other times items are untested because we do not have the proper electrical / water, ect. hookup. All untested items are sold "as is" and we do not make any claim or guarantee to their functionality.

* The only returns that are processed are if the wrong item was sent to you. Contact us within 48 hours at (716-852-3200) M-F 7:00-3:30 EST.

* Empire is not responsible for the return shipping on any item and reserves the right to replace before refund.

* If an error has occurred an RMA (return merchandise authorization) can be processed through Empire Customer Service. The replacement / refund is initiated once the original item has been returned. The RMA number is the Ebay listing # and should be indicated on the outside box of any return.

* The best way to ensure your e-mail actually is delivered to Empire is via the customerservice@empireliquidators.com link. E-mails to Empire are only answered M-F 7:00-3:30 EST. Please allow 24 hours M-F for a response to your e-mail. With so many spam blockers these days, if you do not receive a response to your e-mail, please call Empire directly M-F 7:00-3:30 EST at (716-852-3200).



Local Pickups: Back to Top

* Empire Liquidators is located at 901 Fuhrmann Blvd. Buffalo, NY 14203.

* Local pickup hours are M-F 7:00-3:30 and Sat. 7:00-2:00.

* Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.

* All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings have a $15/pallet fee.

* Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York. A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.

* Larger orders of 10 items or more we ask that you provide us a least 24 hour notice by faxing a list of PAID item numbers to 716-852-3220. You can also e-mail a list of PAID item numbers to customerservice@empireliquidators.com . Either way please include your name, phone #, user ID and your approximate day/time of arrival.

* Only orders that are fully paid in advance will be pulled.

* Pallet Pickups: Please arrive here a minimum of 30 minutes or more before our closing time to ensure we can get these pallets to you.

* Please note that we are charged for every listing on the auction website. After 8 days the automated software issues a non-paying bidder notice on all unpaid items. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was charged to Empire. Please do not bid on Empire Liquidators items unless you intend to follow through.
