Please don't try to contact us by using other email addresses ( example : firstname.lastname@example.org,...)
2. Japanese nib explanation:
As we have received several questions about the difference between Japanese fountain pen nib and Western fountain pen nib, we would like to explain a little bit about the Japanese nib. Normally, when buying the Japanese Fine nib fountain pen, customers expect that the nib will be as thin as the Western Fine nib. However, the Japanese Fine nib is even thinner than the Western one. That the reason why we have received some messages said that “there are some problems with the Fine nib, it is very scratchy…”, but actually the nib is a good one, there is no damage on it.
With this brief explanation about Japanese nib, we hope that it will be useful for you when choosing the nib that you want to buy.

3. Nib Change Request, Color Change Request:
For an auction listed pen, any request in changing nib type or changing color is not accepted.
Only for Buy it now listed pen, nib change request or color change request can be accepted.
4. Incorrect Invoice:
Because Ebay has an automatically charging system, sometimes a shipping fee for a order of multiple items is charged by adding the shipping fee of single item ( example: shipping fee for 2 pens is $15 + $15 = $30 ). In this case, please don't make the payment yet. Please contact us through Ebay message system about the incorrect invoice. We will adjust the shipping fee for you.
5. Unavailable Stock:
Normally, 90% of the pens that we put in auction are available in our stock and 10% is on the way. However, there are some pens that we already order, but the companies (Sailor, Pilot, Platinum…) just say it is not available or they just stop producing them. Therefore, some of customers have experienced the delay in shipping. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We will try to fix this to have a better service quality.
6. Return Policy:
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
① Defective Items:
If you receive an item which cannot work probably, please follow the guidelines detailed below:
ü Contact us by sending an email to email@example.com or message to Ebay message system with the detail and the picture of items' problem. We will give you some advices to solve it.
ü If you are still unable to solve the problem, you can send it back to us and tell us whether you want a replacement or a refund.
ü When you return the items, please write down your ebay ID, item number, and the problem of the items on the package.
NOTE: only unused items are accepted to return.
② Damaged Items:
If you receive an item which is damaged, please follow the guidelines detailed below:
ü Contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or message to Ebay message system with the detail and the picture of the package and the items.
ü The customer has to send the pen first to our Japan address and after receiving the returned item we will send you a replacement without charging the postal cost.
③ Wrong Items/ Lost Items:
If you receive the item which is not the one in your order or you don't receive enough items of your order, please follow the guidelines detailed below:
ü Contact us by sending an email to email@example.com or message to Ebay message system with the detail of the order and the picture of package's paper and the items.
ü The customer has to send the pen first to our Japan address and after receiving the returned item we will send you a replacement we will send the items to you without charging the postal cost.
If you would like to exchange the item that you bought, please make sure that your item has not been used, and the exchange item has an equivalent price.
NOTE: in this case, you will be charged for the postal fee of sending item back and sending the exchanged item to you.
⑤ Items which cannot return:
- Items which are already used
- Items which arrived to the customers more than 7 days
7. Combined Shipping:
Our store provides the combined shipping policy in order to reduce the postal cost for the customers.
The combined shipment can be applied only to items which are paid together ( in same invoice, or in separate invoices but be paid at the same time ).
If you want to combine your items in one sending time, please follow the guideline below:
ü Purchase all items you want.
ü Check the shipping fee on invoices.
ü If the shipping fee is incorrect or miscalculated, please contact us and request about the combined shipping fee.
ü Pay all the invoices of the items which you want to combine at one time
ü Write in the “note to seller” in Paypal about the combined shipment
NOTE: items which are paid separately will not be qualified for a combined shipment.

As requested from our worldwide customers, all price tags will be removed from items.

We always try our best to support you with everything.
We have customers from all over the world and almost all of them never have to pay for taxes.
However, please keep in mind that this is NOT our responsiblity for any tax / custom fee which may occur in your country under any circumstances.
As requested from most of our worldwide customers, all price tags will be removed from items before they are shipped.

However, please know that Price Tag can make you pay large amount of taxes.
Once again, please keep in mind that we are NOT responsible for any tax / custom fee which may occur under any circumstances.
Unavailable Price Tags for some items:
We are a direct official retailer of Japanese fountain pens.
All items in our store (from fountain pens, ink bottles to leathers, wooden cases, fishing tools, etc) are 100% authentic and attached with price tags or seals.
However, in some cases, some items are limited and come directly to our store from manufacturing factories, NOT through any other retail market.
We often get items directly from the factory in order to have a faster delivery and to get Limited Edition items for our customers.
Therefore, in some cases, price tags and seals are not available for some items.
Please do not worry about that and be confident to purchase from us!
