• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, where applicable.
• we do not lie on customs forms regarding the commercial nature or value of items.
• We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. In order to maintain this capability, we publish flat-rate shipping charges consistent with countries (Italy, Greece...) for which Global Priority mail may not be available. As such, international shipments may include a non-refundable handling charge for customs forms and additional package handling. Both of these are time-intensive processes.
• IMPORTANT: If you are from ITALY or GREECE, the customs times WILL be several weeks longer than anywhere else. Please request EXPRESS Mail shipping cost IN ADVANCE of purchase or we refuse your purchase.
• The US Postal Serice Union has refused to track or file lost-item inquiries for Global Priority Mail Flat-Rate envelope. If you require tracking for your item, please request express mail or service by weight.
