| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Any items must be returned within 10 days of reciept, and must be packed as when received. We do not offer returns for items purchased by mistake, or for any deficiency already noted in the listing. Your bid is acceptance of the advertised condition. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES!!! That saves eveyone time and money. However, There are some situations where it is not possible to combine shipping due to size/weight constraints. Ask if you are unsure. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Depends on where you live. For USA shipping times, see the USPS website. For international buyers, sometimes delivery can take 3 weeks or more. Especially in Italy, Germany, Greece, and Spain. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All shipping is listed in the ad. If you do not see a shipping charge for your country, please ask before bidding. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, Two to three times each week. International orders must be posted in person, so it takes some extra time. |
| Q:Do you offer insurance for international shipments? |

| A:Yes, as a policy we self-insure. Several types of international shipping allow a maximum indemnity that is not appropriate for our items. Please ask if you need insurance. Required for all purchases over $250. |
| Q:My envelope shows zero postage. WHY?? |

| A:Many times the value of online postage is NOT displayed for online printed labels. Please rest assured the postage was paid for, otherwise the post office would not accept the parcel. |
| Q:I bought this item by accident and haven't paid, can I cancel the purchase. |

| A:Ebay charges sellers fees for listing and for sale of each item if the buyer PAYS or NOT. I expect buyers who commit to purchases to follow through. |

| A:No. As of late 2008 Ebay policy is to accept online payment only. Please email me for more information. |
| Q:Do you offer expedited (overnight) shipping. |

| A:Only with advanced notice!! Most of our shipments are processed from 2100GMT to 0000GMT after the Post Office is closed. |
| Q:I bought an item, where is my feedback? |

| A:We do leave feedback for most items. For buyers, we typically leave feedback once feedback is received. We do not leave immediate feedback because our job is NOT over once you pay. We do our best to make sure you are fully pleased. There is NO reason a happy and honest buyer could not be first to leave praise for good service. |
| Q:Do I have to send you an email asking for feedback? |

| A:No. This is a common question for new buyers who want to build their feedback as quickly as possible. Please realize that feedback is NOT time critical, I would rather focus your customer experience on fast email and shipping. Feedback is important, but it can wait until a convenient time, usually bi-weekly. Feedback solicitation will be ignored. |
