I had a very poor experience with this seller. I ordered some products from him but he said no shipment to AU due to the pandemic, so he attempted to issue me a refund and caused a mess. He does not know the eBay refund policy and gave me a very hard time. He wrongly refunded me the incorrect amount, on top of that refunded again causing a headache with PayPal. He harassed me over messages everyday multiple times for his own mistakes. Will never deal with this seller again.

I sent the buyer two refunds.However, the buyer did not send the refund amount once to the seller.I got my refund back with the help of PayPal.I have requested the buyer to pay a refund once, butThe buyer did not pay the refund amount .Seller did not make an unfair transaction !
