- Pressure was applied to the surface of the LCD.
- The screen is functional; however the pressure point shows as a black semitransparent spot.

- Yes it does. All the units will include Power Cord or AC Adapter as needed and VGA Video Cable.

| I have ordered the Wrong Item. How can I get it exchanged? |
- Send the item back with a note inside the box explaining the problem including your shipping information, order number and/or eBay item number. | How do you grade the LCD Monitors or LCD TVs? |
- All of our monitors are factory recertified and in most of the cases refurbished by us, this means that we certify that each monitor is 100% functional and meet the original manufacturer specifications. The monitor is then graded according to the exterior appearance and LCD Panel condition of the unit.
