I was quite surprised by my experience with this seller, considering the great feedback there is. I purchased a antique chandelier, with 162.58 for shipping. Expecting careful packaging, especially at that price. Packaged with garbage and hard styrofoam, and arrived broken. Seller gave me a hard time,tried to blame me and tried to convince me buy replacement pieces. I wanted to return, he said I only wanted to return claiming because I didnt like the fixture disregarding the fact it was broken.
