Attention All Bidders: All of our auctions require a verfied Paypal address. Because we are willing to ship to many parts of the world, this protects both us, and you, the buyer. Please bid ONLY if Paypal has verified your address. Thank you!
Shipping: We will ship via UPS or USPS to locations within the United States. We will ship via UPS to other parts of the world.
Sales Tax: Residents of the state of Michigan are required to pay 6.0% sales tax.
Payment Policy: Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of invoice and payment must be initiated within 3 days of close of auction. Otherwise we have the right to re-list the item for sale.
Return Policy: We go to great lengths to insure that your purchase was accurately described. Refunds will be made if the item is not accurately described in the listing. We will refund the winning bid price, with notification, within three business days of you recieving the item. The item must be recieved in the same condition as when it was originally shipped. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, which may include additional insurance. Once our inspection verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed.
Legal: E Sales and Service LLC is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped the the buyer.
E Sales and Service LLC has used its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale.
