Shipping and tracking Guide

I ship item via different shipping methods depend on locations.

Price and severs might change time to time. You are always welcome to ask me about shipping detail. The following ONLY apply to item located in CHINA.

Please note that NOT ALL item ship out from China! Check carefully on the item locations when you purchase.

Important note: all expect time list are subject to additional days for custom inspect. All expect days is given by carries, I can only promise to post your item on time.

PLZ Read the notes first, click the country code for details.

1.    Expected time is not including processing time. Pay attention to the different of days and business that. Weekend count for days but not business days, major holiday won’t count for days AND business days.

2.    Process time is usually 3 business days, not including weekend and Chinese holidays (mainland and Hong Kong), unless stated differently on listing.

3.    For using DHL/FedEx/UPS, buyer respond for checking their address if it is in remote area. I would always check that for avoid addition fees(it double your freight), but it would delay the process if I need to get if back and ship with EMS, so, check it first, call them it is easiest way to do so.

4.   Buyer is always responded for custom fees and/or Tax. Buyer should check out any regulation with buying oversea.

Standard shipping

For item weight 100g to 1KG. (Ex. a mouse, full set of key caps)

U.S : By EUB, (eBay shipping provide by China EMS+USPS), 7-10 days.

Others countries: ship by Singapore Air mail with tracking, 7-18 business days.

Stander shipping for item less than 100g and very low value. (Ex. Few caps, key puller)

·        U.S, same as above.

·        Other countries Chinese airmail or Singapore air mail without tracking, 7-18 business days.

·        If need add tracking, it is 2 dollar.

Stander shipping for item more than 1KG (mostly keyboard)

·        Following counties ship by FedEx/UPS/DHL, normally 4-7 business days.

U.S, U.K, Canada, New Zealand, Finland, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, France Luxembourg, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Mexico, Hungary, Poland, Slovak, Israel, United Arab emirates.

Note: It is NOT guaranteed fast shipping. Signature might (vary by places) require on delivery! To avoid so, you can place a paper on the door with your signature said that carrier can leave package. 

·        Australia : EUB for eBay other, other channel will ship by Air mail.

·        East Asia: By EMS/local carriers/Singapore air mail, usually 7 days.

·        Other counties: By Singapore Air mail, 7-18 business days.

Express shipping -----Normally 5-7 days. Click for detail. 

·        Phone number is requested shipping carrier, signature also might require base on the carrier policy.

·        Please track and contact carrier or me if you did not get the item. If you did not contact carrier within a month, item might subject to additional charge or return to sender, you will be respond for those fees.

·        DHL, UPS FedEx, have Remote area, check first. EMS does not have it, so if you are in remote area, EMS would be good for you.

U.S

·        Now FedEx/DHL shipping is offered base on your need. FedEx/DHL said it take 2-4 days. It won’t be much faster than stander shipping, but it would be much likely arrived on time and less chance inspected by custom.

AU

·        China UPS or EMS, usually 5-7 days. Or, arrange by request.

 Most EU countries

·         Usually ship by FedEx International priority (IP), individual arrangement might make between buyer and seller if need.

·         If buyer address is consider remote by DHL, than I have to ship it by Singapore EMS if available.

·         It also might carry by DHL, depend on what I choose. 

·         FedEx IP/DHL usually is 2-3 days.

·         European usually have strike custom policy, do contact before chose severs. My shipping agency would handle the declaration base on their experience and regulations. We would try our best to save your money, legally.

·         Middle East

Other countries (if offered)

·         Use Singapore EMS / HK EMS / UPS/ DHL which ever cheaper, they are all similar delivery time but price change monthly.

·         Usually takes 5-7 days, but might vary by countries.

If you get a tracking on 4PX look similar to

2016877312101900002 and get not tracking output, please use it on https://www.fedex.com/AltRefTracking?cntry_code=us (or, go  www.fedex.com and  click track by reference number), follow the website, put you country and Zip code, ignore the account number.
