Shipping

What shipping carriers do you use?

Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground Insured S/H service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Bellow is a map of approximate shipping time from our warehouse to your door. Most orders are shipped within one business day and take 1-7 days to arrive. All items are shipped out of San Diego, CA and delivery time varies based on proximity to our warehouse.

International Orders take 1-2 weeks in transit. Custom brokerage fees are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the customer, upon delivery.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees vary based on the weight of the package and/or any special promotional pricing. Please see auction for shipping rates. Advertised shipping rates apply to the complete set of wheels and/or tires. Advertised shipping rates include the continental United States only. S/H to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico is approximately $300, total. FPO & APO orders will be shipped via USPS and rate will vary, please contact our shipping dept. at 858-638-1501 for an exact quote.

What shipping options are available?

Is shopping online with us secure?

Yes, online shopping with us is both secure and private. In addition, we have implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted for security. We have a strict policy of keeping customer information confidential. Your personal info will not be provided to any outside agencies or used for marketing. You will not hear from us unless you opt-in to receive our in-house newsletter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also use your Paypal account to pay without disclosing your financial information. We also accept checks/money orders, COD payment and bank wire transfers.

How do I check the status of my order?
