music with heavy bass (reggae or dnb) should be no longer than 5min

up to 8min per side (please note - the longer the track, the quieter it has to be cut . we will always make it as loud as possible)
we will remove crackles and pops to a certain extent if your music has already been on dubplate or vinyl
you could send your music on CD, email mp3 files, or upload .wav files to our server
turnaround time is 2-3days (UK) and about 1week for US/EU
