Arrived on time and all I can say about the packaging is that I've never seen a more professional packaging of HDDs. Each drive was wrapped in its own blanket of foam and a quad was in turn packed in an air cushion. Seller was most helpful and communicative - I was originally blocked from ordering 8 drives but upon contact they added me to the approved list. Drives appear to work correctly, but since they're refurb I'll at least get a 1-year eBay warranty. Will definitely do business again.
