A:Every item we sell is guaranteed. If there is a problem with your equipment within 30 days of reciept, please contact us and we will rectify the situation.

A:Yes. Please contact us after the close of your auction and we will arrange shipping.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we do ship internationally. In some circumstances it is asked that you provide us with a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number to ship on.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping and handling is different for every piece of equipment we sell. We ask that you please contact us shortly after the auction and tell us how quickly you need your item(s). At that time, we will give you various options; you choose the one that is right for you.
