All orders will ship at our discretion by FedEx Ground Service or United
States Postal Service within the Continental USA.UPS service is available but MUST be requested.
If you are outside the Continental USA, the listed shipping costs may not
apply and it is highly recommended that you
e-mail us for shipping methods and to verify the amounts of your actual
ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS For security reasons, we do not ship to alternate delivery addresses.
Your purchase will always ship to your
registered credit card or PayPal confirmed address.
SHIP TIME Your purchase will generally ship within
24 to 48 hours after receiving payment. If you are in urgent need of your
us to expedite your order and request verification of shipment. We ship
Monday through Friday. No shipping
during any US holiday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING Within the continental U.S., the standard
shipping method is FedEx Ground (1 to 5 business days). If you live in
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. protectorate, the standard method
of shipping is USPS Priority Mail.
APO/FPO addresses will only ship via USPS Priority
For international customers, the standard shipping method is United States
Postal Service USPS Priority Mail.
Normal delivery is 6 to 10 business days, however, the shipping provider may
take a different amount of time to reach the desired destination. Check with
your country customs office on specifics on when your package will clear
after it leaves the USA.
We will ship to all international locations, but please be aware that, we do not guarantee that the item you purchase will fit for your vehicle made for your country. Manufacturers change parts all the time and our listed inventory is specific only to
vehicles made for the USA.
Some auto parts may not interchange for
vehicles made for a different market outside the USA. Safety related and
emission parts may not fit at all. Our return policies apply to all orders
including international orders and while domestic orders are fairly
inexpensive to ship, international orders can be expensive.
International customers may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. The charges from us include only the cost of your item(s) and the
cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and
shipper brokerage fees MUSTbe taken care of by you. Please note that we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All packages are
marked as merchandise (not gifts) with the actual purchase
price as the customs value to fall in line with customs practices. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your
local customs office for more information.
WARRANTY Labor cost for removal, installation, or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages is NOT covered.

Once an order
has been processed (paid), and a request is received to cancel the order
prior to shipping, there is a minimum non-refundable activity fee charged by
the credit card processor which is passed on to the final buyer before the
refund is processed.
