| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES !!! For US orders we have a flat rate shipping of $6 for each shipment.
After you have selected your orders we will send you a combined invoice that shows the flat rate shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We manufacture and fill orders Monday thru Friday. We ship Tuesday thru Saturday.
Your order is usually filled the next business day and shipped the next shipping morning.
For example, if you place and pay for your order on Tuesday it will be filled on Wednesday and ship Thursday morning.
Most people recieve their orders in about a week. |

| A:Yes. Shipping to Canada is $15 flat rate per shipment.
Shipping to UK, Japan, Germany and Australia is $20 per shipment. |

| A:To insure the quality of every item sold each order goes through the same process. This process insures the freshest and most flavorful product possible.
Orders received today will be made and filled tomorrow.. Following production orders are assembled for shipping. Assembled orders are then packaged for next day shipping. |
