Here at FansEdge, we're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within sixty (60) business days of receipt of the item(s).

To return an item you don't even need to contact us first! Simply return the item via a trackable method to:

Be sure to either include your packing slip on the outside of the package or contact us to send you a printable label to ensure a prompt credit!

To receive a credit to your PayPal account, please note that all returns must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Swimwear and Underwear are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

We are unable to perform exchanges at this time, but are more then happy to process a return for you. You can then place an order for the item you wish to receive.

Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of the State of Illinois or Florida. If you are shipping FansEdge merchandise to an address within Illinois you will be charged the current Illinois sales tax rate for Cook County.

Pay just $4.99 Standard shipping on almost any item we offer. Standard and Priority flat fee applies to any order shipped in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Expedited and Overnight orders charge additional. Please note, our Standard shipping will be delivered by USPS.
