Shipping Information

Shipping is by Ups or Usps (if you have a preference let us know).
WE will ship to PO boxes, Apo s and most international counties.
All shipping will be sent the standard shipping unless arrangement are made for 3 day, 2day or overnight.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase if in stock. If an item is out of stock we will email with shipping time. You are welcome to call and check stock before ordering.

How to buy

When ordering, if there is a choice of size and color, order the number of gowns that you need. Then simply email us with the sizes, colors, wear date and telephone number. This information will help us to give you the best sevice that we can.

International Shipping.

Order are shipped by Usps Priority and fully insured.
All custom charges, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot be responsible for any added charges imposed by the buyer's country.
The quoted shipping time does not include time that the item is in customs. This is something that we can not control. We do not ship any items as gifts.

Returns

Exchanges are excepted on certain items. WE do not offer refunds. Please check each listing or email if you have questions. No returns or exchanges are offered on wedding gowns, special order items, custom orders or close outs. No returns we be excepted without authorization.

We strive hard to give the best service as possible . If for some reason there is a problem please let us know. We honor your business and will try to work with you. If we do not know of the problem we cannot fix it. (Please inform us.)
