Q: Do you offer combined shipping on multiple items?
A: Yes. We offer discounted S&H on qualified items. Item with highest S&H first, each additional item S&H is US$3.50 or AUD$5.00. This discount applies to XL, Large, Medium, Small, and XS size wings with flat rate shipping. Items with weight/distance calculated shipping, group/bulk rate items, sales items, items with special offers may be excluded from combined shipping discount. Items purchased from eBay.com and eBay Australia cannot be combined in one invoice due to different currencies, but discount may still be offered on qualified items. For cross-item purchases or multi quantity, simply shop and check out in one cart on www.fashionwings.com.
Q: Do you offer 1-2 day expedite shipping?
A: Yes, but through our website, www.fashionwings.com, for US customers only. We recommend that you use standard shipping for Non-emergency, Non-deadline use and always have a backup plan. Expedite shipping service is expensive due to high costs of postage and processing fees.
Q: I ordered baby wings 4 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived yet, what happened to the package? (buyer located in Malta)
A: We ship baby and child size wings via First Class Mail International, the most economy shipment method allowed per package size and weight, but it's also the slowest international shipping method offered by the US Postal Services. Normally it takes 10-14 business days to arrive in major international cities, 3-4 weeks to smaller cities and towns, and up to 8 weeks in remote island countries, such as Malta, Maldives, Iceland, New Caledonia, all are based on the shipping arrangements between the USPS and foreign countries. USPS also offers 2 faster shipping methods, Priority Mail International and Express Mail International, in some cases may be more expensive than the product itself. So bear in mind that there's always a trade-off between time and money then choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
In case the package hasn't arrived after the average delivery time as specified above, you may contact us so we can file a trace with the carrier for you. The trace will be sent through all shipping ports that have handled the package to locate its current location. Once the trace is completed, the package will be delivered to you or declared as missing or lost. If the package is lost, an insurance claim will be filed and you will be covered.
Q: How do you pack the wings? Do you just drop them in an envelope and mail to me like a letter?
A: Feathers are very fragile and delicate materials, and the entire wings must be protected during transit to ensure they arrive in good shape, and the edges of the feathers are not bent or broken. We pack our wings with bubble wraps, additional cardboard envelopes, shredded paper to cushion the wings. We put them in a sturdy shipping cardboard/box, wrap with tape to prevent cardboard/box edges from tearing. The wings net weight is relatively light, but after packaging both total shipping weight and package size increase, thus, these factors also affect shipping rates.
Q: The wings came well packaged, but still a couple of the feather tips got withered, what can I do?
A: Use your finger tips to smooth out the edges. Textures of feathers are flexible and can be shaped gently back to its original look. You can also trim the feathers to achieve the look you want. Q: Do you charge any sales tax in addition to the product price?
A: No, we don't charge sales tax for buyers outside of California. Flat rate shipping & handling automatically covers sales tax for buyers in California. International buyers are responsible for their own country's import duties, if applicable.
Q: When I wear the wings and move around, some of the feathers and marabou downs start to fall off, what can I do to prevent it?
A: It's quite common that the feathers, after being rubbed against body, or being moved, lose their adherence. The feathers were glued to each other in layers then onto the cardboard, therefore, it's a very fragile attachment, not to mention feathers also fall from real birds just like hair falls from human heads. The feathers can be easily glued back, just lay the wings flat and use a tiny bit of white glue to attach the loose feathers back in place. The white glue will dry clear.
Q: My baby has got skinny arms, and the straps are way too long for her. The wings fall right on her butt when she wears them, what can I do to give her a better fit?
A: The straps can be easily looped and tied to small knots then hide under her arms.
Q: I am not familiar with PayPal, do you take credit card?
A: Yes. You may pay with a credit card for orders placed at our website, www.fashionwings.com.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Our angel wings are handcrafted in feathers and downs. Angel halos (boas/rings) are made of super soft full-fluff or half-fluff marabou downs. They can be used as halo, necklace, bracelet, arm band or hair band. We sterilized all the feathers and obtained health clearance certifications prior to making angel wings. A thin piece of cardboard is used as a base to define wing shape with feathers and downs glued to cover on both sides. Two elastic straps are attached for easy wear on the shoulders. An iron wire is embedded in the wings, so they can be bent to different angles. The halo has an elastic band to fit different head sizes.
CAUTION:
The wings and halos are delicate goods. They should be gently handled with care. Do not pull on the feathers and marabou. Discard loose feathers. Feathers and wings are not food or toys. Parental supervision is required for kids under three years old. It’s your responsibility to ensure proper handling and use of the products. Do not use if allergic to feathers.

Shipping rate is based on size and weight of the package, shipping destination, and method of shipment; handling fees include cost of packaging materials and labor. SHIPPING POLICY:
All of our listed items are in stock and ready to be shipped from our Northern California Warehouse. Upon receipt of payment (echecks may take up to 10 days to clear), we will ship the item within 1-2 business days. An email with confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you prior to shipment. An email with your package shipping status will be sent to you after shipment. We are not responsible for delay, lost or damaged items caused by postal delivery services; claims are processed by the postal services.
