All favors get shipped directly from the manufacturer - and I get favors from many different companies so combined shipping usually isn't available. If you need favors ASAP - Let me know ASAP!! Favors may take as much as one week to go from NY to CA via ups & that doesn't include processing time. Ideally, you should place your order for favors more than a month in advance so neither you nor I need to panic :)
I try and update my listings to reflect backorders - sometimes I am not quick enough - so please contact me if you want to ensure your item is in stock prior to placing a purchase. **If you have heard that a particular favor is on backorder - I can't get it any sooner than anyone else - we all use the same supplier(s).**What that means is that if an item is on backorder - stop wasting your time looking everywhere else for it - it's not available anywhere - period.
Please keep in mind that seasonal favors go very quickly. An item may be in stock when you place your order with me - but when I place the order with my supplier - it may be gone. If and when that may happen, I will notify you immediately and you have the option of maintaining your order with me or receiving a full refund. I am an authorized retailer of these favors, which means I deal with 7 different companies, and for this reason I may be a bit behind in marking items on backorder. Please try and be understanding, I am human and make mistakes and I know you will be disappointed, but the variety of favors I will offer you will be unsurpassed!!!
I try and answer all my emails as quickly as possible - I do have 3 young, demanding children. I try and stay off the computer on weekends.Don't forget to send me your zip code if you need a shipping quote!
