Seller was good person willing to cancel the order. However stopped communication to cancel. You would have to wait until post expected delivery date to submit ticket then wait another week for ebay to create ticket to refund your money (total of a month process). I saw some negative reviews here, make sure you know this IS what you want before you order. I wouldn't be able to tell you about the quality if the product.

Seller never shipped item after being told twice it was on its way..Buyer's BEWARE !!!!! Seller's like this needs to be banned from ebay. Purchase as a christmas gift now week before he give's me a refund.

You bought and never paid, I cancelled the sale and relisted it and then you paid but it already sold to someone else. I hope you feel better with the negative feedback, But I was not trying to screw with anyone.

They told me they had to make the bars for me. Bars had a couple little issues; one peak was noticeably higher than the other, and the mounting holes were just a little off enough that I could not get them bolted on the bike. They asked me to return them, they wanted to see them. They gave me a refund and never offered to send me a correct set. I even told them they could save a little and not drill the holes for wires AND leave raw so I could paint them instead. I had to buy from someone else.
