Seller was fantastic: Item as described (probably nicer looking than I expected - looks incredible); shipped earlier than expected (by like 3-4 weeks - awesome!). Chandelier was packed really well but had one key piece that was broken - I messaged the seller and they responded in less than 12 hours that they would send out a replacement part ASAP and they did! I included a picture of the Blue 10 Light Chandelier below - just incredible. I recommend highly!

If I could give 10 stars for this seller I would. The best seller ever. The chandelier is gorgeous. The communication with seller is great: very easy and pleasant. The seller is very responsible. Momentarily answering messages and ready to help. One part was missing and seller immediately sent it. Lovely chandelier! It’s gorgeous and really brings a space together. Great seller, very communicative and helpful. Takes a while to ship, but we weren’t in a rush and knew that was the timeline when we ordered.
Came with bulbs, they weren’t correct fit for the chandelier but I appreciate the thought. If you’re installing this yourself, be sure to have someone to help since it is heavy and holding up to the ceiling while installing can get a bit cumbersome.
