Terrible seller, avoid like the plague. Omron timer was advertised as new, what i received was definitely a used pc of equipment, with a crappy photocopy of the manual. Anyways i was in a time crunch, so installed, and the darn thing was defective, output was sparatic. Contacted seller, but was not responsive, had to process a claim thru ebay, only then they responded and offered an absolutely pathetic offensive partial refund. Ebay did their thing, and i got a full refund for a pc of crap part.
