Return shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility unless item is defective and buyer reports defect within 30 days of purchase.
SHIPPING - We ship every business day at 5PM Eastern Time. All orders placed and paid before 3PM Eastern are shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid after 3PM Eastern are shipped the next business day. Shipping is typically free within the continental US with some rare exceptions. International taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
PAYMENT- Fix It For Less accepts payments through PayPal only.
FEEDBACK- We always appreciate positive feedback and we encourage our buyers to contact us directly whenever a concern arises. If you'd like us to leave feedback for you as a buyer, please let us know. We'd be more than happy to help.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS- If an item you purchase from Fix It For Less is defective, contact us. We'll replace it or refund your purchase price.
DAMAGED ITEMS- All items are inspected and/or tested before they leave our warehouse. If you think you have received a damaged item, please contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund your purchase price. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipping, we may ask you to hold the damaged item for inspection by the shipper.
RETURNS- Contact us with an EBay message or call us at 1-877-309-7780 before any return. If you are returning the item for any reason other than defective or damaged, we may ask you to pay the return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will refund your purchase price. NOTE: All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
