While the item (open box) I received wasn't what I had ordered, chrome instead of brushed nickle finish, this seller did what he could to correct the issue, unfortunately had the return it anyhow and I got full refund.
When buying open box it's alway the risk of something isn't right, but with this seller I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, they did what they could to correct and was very quick respond to my messages.
